Our AC stopped working last night (8/13) and Jay (the owner) promptly contacted me the next morning and arrived to get it fixed within two hours. I’ve never met a repairman that was so timely and kind! He was great to talk with both about maintenance and future projects and got to know me and my neighbor a bit as well. Both a kind and knowledgeable person.Pinnacle will absolutely be my number one choice from now on if Jay is setting this type of standard, commitment and example. The price as well felt reasonable especially with how quick everything was fixed. My central air compressor died and because it was so old the air handler also needed to be replaced. Jay came to the house the same day after we talked and gave me several options for replacements to work within my budget and even provided rebate guidance for MassSave. He was able to get the team to to start the install very fast to get us set up before the summer heat. The team was very polite and professional. They kept the house very clean and finished ahead of the original schedule.
Pinnacle took over the service of my mini-split system after the original installers botched the job and left me with a mess. Jay, Mike, and Derek have been prompt and professional and have done an outstanding job putting my system in order. I highly recommend their services!
