I never get my nails done, so take my review with a grain of salt because maybe I don't know what I'm talking about... anyway, I came here to have gels removed (I had them done elsewhere for a special occasion). I don't think the lady let the acetone sit long enough, because she really had to scrape my fingernails hard to remove the polish. It was painful and I ended up with bruising under my nails, as well as places at my fingertips where the nail lifted off the nail bed. The lady also used a very rough buffer, so the tops of my nails are scratched and gouged.

Convenient to book online, however, I did not get the service person I selected on any of the 3 times that I tried to choose someone. When I spoke up today, I was told they"rotate". If I book with a particular person, and it is reflected in my confirmation, I expect that choice to be honored. Secondly, the polish I chose was running low and was taken and diluted...which made the color lighter, even with 2 coats. The salon is clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.Services: Pedicure
