Orna opened my psoas effectively and did some active stretching techniques along with low-pain massage. She releases muscles from stretching and cupping, not trigger point. She has over 20 years experience in her low-pain technique and it worked wonders on my hip rotators! I am now pain free for the first time in 3 years. Planning to go back since she is skilled in both therapeutic stretching, some forms of PT, and massage.

As always, I had an excellent massage at Light Hands Therapeutic Massage. Orna is a skilled massage therapist who knows just how much pressure to use. I need deep pressure to relieve my various aches, and even when I am suffering from a miniscus tear in my knee, she knows how to heal around that area while carefully avoiding the knee area. She also uses her other skill (I don't remember what it's called) of holding the body in place for an extended period, magically relieving the pain. Orna is a kind, generous, thoughtful healer who I recommend highly.
