Every aspect of what they do and how they do it is so thoughtfully designed with the client clearly in mind: from their informative website, ease of booking online, stylists' responsiveness over email, and the salon's thoughtful, deliberate, customized approach to you, evident from the moment you walk through the door. Moxie is such a wonderful atmosphere! Jordyn has consistently made me feel heard - sometimes it’s hard to articulate what you’re looking for as a client and she has been incredibly patient, collaborative, and caring so that I am confident we are on the same page. After each visit, I leave with my hair looking exactly how I envisioned! I can’t say enough positive things about Moxie (and Jordyn).
Walking in, the salon is very welcoming. Brittany understood exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Moxie to everyone. My hair hasn’t felt this healthy in years!
