Beautiful Finish excelled at every step of the process; initial estimating and discussion, communication, pricing, planning and measuring (Rory was here 3 times to measure properly), delivery (which was on time), installation, cleanup (the crew left our kitchen clean every day) and perhaps most importantly, responsiveness to the little things that needed to be addressed at the end of the process. Beautiful Finish deserves 100 stars. I am over the moon with their work. I was struggling with upating my cabinets in the kitchen and had spoken to professionals to do a full gut with all new custom cabinets and a company to do refacing and painting. Once I met Rory from Beautiful Finish I knew his team, and work they do, was the perfect choice for my situation. Rory arrived at my home with samples and photos to help me create my new kitchen. I never felt rushed or pushed to make any decisions. If I could give the team at Beautiful Finish 10 stars I would! I found them through online searching after learning about cabinet refacing - it seemed like the right option for us as I was looking to update without changing the layout. Rory came out for a consult and the rest is history!
He helped us choose a new door style, color and even design a few minor layout changes to create a coffee bar and add pan drawers and special features like pullouts. We worked with their suggested contractor on these changes and he was great too.
