The quality and service is fine and we have been going to them close to 40 years. They decided to go out of network for delta dental . Their justification was to provide better service that the insurance didn't cover. This requires us to pay at time of service and now I find they only pay for 2/3's of a service that use to be free.
I was rough housing with my 2yr old doberman and of course we both went for the ball and in the process, she accidentally jumped up hitting the top of her head on my front tooth and knocked it out! I contacted Acton Dental and they squeezed me in that day! I literally fear going to the dentist but this was different, Dr. Kronenwett did a fantastic job and completely changed my perspective about going to the dentist! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! If I could give ten stars I would!
For over 30 years I had been going to a well known, highly rated dental group specializing in periodontics and dental implants. I was very pleased with them but when my dr. was no longer available I decided to find a dental group closer to home; as previously I had to travel 1 hr. each way for appointments. I then began looking for a new dental group, since I had particular requirements. I was totally satisfied with all aspects of my previous dental group, so I knew this would take awhile.
