Customer service is A1! Every time I call Mark answers and if he's not able to he calls me right back. I love that he actually takes the time to listen to what the issue is and even troubleshoots with you over the phone before he comes out. You can tell that he actually cares and loves what he does! Highly recommend!!!

I first called Warren's Heating in the middle of a horrible winter night when our boiler stopped working about 15 years ago. We could not get anyone to come to the house. He was busy that night but also took the time to help us fix the problem over the phone until he could come to the house. Since then I've always used Warren's Heating. Mark always comes when called, and always fixes the problem whether over the phone or in person. I don't find his prices unreasonable either. I've truly appreciated his services!

Warren knows his stuff when it comes to boilers. He is an honest guy, his expertise leads him to locating issues quickly and solving them, he doesn't just start replacing parts which means savings for the customer.
