“Rosa and Anthony are the two individuals from Summer Exterior that we worked with on setting up the rood installation and chimney repointing. They were great to work with. The installers did a wonderful job on repointing the chimney and installing the new roof. The only issues we had were that we were unable to get the 50 year warranty from Owen's Corning because we would have had to replace our decking material with all new plywood at a cost of $3000 and we didn't have the contingency money for that. Had we known that Owen's Corning had specific conditions for their warranty, we could have taken out more money to pay for the extra work. Also, once we signed the contract and our first check was cashed, we didn't hear from the company with respect to a general idea as to when they would be out to do the work. It all worked out in the end and the results look amazing. Overall we are very happy with the company, their workers and the work they performed. I would definitely recommend them to others to have work done on their homes and properties.“

“I had a huge water leak in my basement in one corner of the basement when we had that big storm a couple weeks ago. I asked Gutter Pro to send a crew to fix it before the next rainstorm. They came in 2 days and got rid of the pipe going into a defunct drywell. They put in an elbow and sent the water from the gutter out to the lawn. Thank goodness! I was sick of mopping that corner of the basement for days.“
