Making an appointment was very easy and I had to even cancel my second one and they set me up another one for a week later, which was perfect for me..the staff is very friendly, love the waiting area, the wait time was even ok..the only complaint I have was that it could have been a little cooler in there..it was warm that day and they could have turned the air up...but great experience..
