Floors By Design is an excellent and highly recommended company. They provide professional installation you do not have to worry about, with amazing craftsmanship and the best customer service. They are professional, caring, and accommodating, listening to your desires and working with you one on one. They offer a very good selection of flooring, provide samples, and help guide your decisions. Their technicians are the best, going above and beyond on workmanship and expectations. They ensure the job is done right and perform follow-up visits for your satisfaction. Customers are beyond pleased with the results, often stating the work makes their home look new and that they will use the business again. They are known for their honesty, integrity, communication, and ability to deliver.
I cannot recommend this business enough. After a flood I have worked with them for several months to replace my entire home flooring. They were more than professional and accommodating on this project. Ordered me samples and went above and beyond on workmanship and helping me do all of this while I was living n the home. Amazing craftsmanship and love that they are right here at home. No traveling out of town. Looks like a new home!!!
