“Today was a busy day for the people that helped us today. Loretta did a great job of checking us in and being kind and respectful. Brandy and Katelynn triaged us and helped us get the test completed that the Dr ordered. Taylor was thorough and made sure she asked all the needed questions. I am grateful for all of their professionalism when dealing with my sick husband and child. I know their were a lot of sick people there and they were working as fast as they could to help everyone. As for me and my family we will be going back when we need an urgent care. Thank again for your help today.“

“Woke up feeling horrible. My primary doctor always has a full calender, so didn't know what to do! Then decided to go to St. Francis Urgent Care by Brookshires in West Monroe. So thankful to have one of these close by!! Checked me out, called in prescriptions and I was on my way!“
