I have been so impressed with how professional yet personable United Built Homes has in West Monroe has been throughout our whole designing process, namely Alicia McMillan. We first met Alicia June of 2025 when we were curious about UBH’s process. She was helpful and upfront answering all of my questions. Fast forward to December 2025 when we decided we were ready to start designing and building a home, I reached back out to Alicia and not only did she remember my husband and I, but recalled so many of the questions we had asked and the details of our wants and needs we had expressed months prior.
