Woke up feeling horrible. My primary doctor always has a full calender, so didn't know what to do! Then decided to go to St. Francis Urgent Care by Brookshires in West Monroe. So thankful to have one of these close by!! Checked me out, called in prescriptions and I was on my way!
The wait was entirely to long. I got there at 3:30 but they didn't register me until 5:15. Called back at 5:50 so it looked like I was seen within about 30 minutes, not true. The doctor and staff in the back were great.
Marquette is nice and seem very professional however the facility is calling Triwet HealthCare alliance they should be callign Optum for veterans eligibliy so the veterans are able to acces their prescription benefit
