Today was a busy day for the people that helped us today. Loretta did a great job of checking us in and being kind and respectful. Brandy and Katelynn triaged us and helped us get the test completed that the Dr ordered. Taylor was thorough and made sure she asked all the needed questions. I am grateful for all of their professionalism when dealing with my sick husband and child. I know their were a lot of sick people there and they were working as fast as they could to help everyone. As for me and my family we will be going back when we need an urgent care. Thank again for your help today.

First being there. Never will I go back. One they were rude. All they cared about was getting off. I hurt my foot a few months ago due to my daughter’s bed fell on my right foot. It hurt for a few minutes didn’t think I needed to go to doctor for it at the time. well Friday I was running outside with my daughter and my foot started to hurt the pain is awful. Over the weekend I did everything you are suppose to do to help with the pain and to get swelling down nothing helped. So I ask my boss if I can get off a little earlier so I can come get my foot looked at and they didn’t even look at my foot. They gave me two shots and the shots didn’t do anything. So I will not be going back there ever again. And by the way it’s my driving foot

My daughter went there a few days ago and was treated very poorly by the nurse. My daughter had been sick for a week and the over the counter medicines that she was told to take wasn't helping. So she went there to see if they could give her something to help her feel better. The nurse came in and talked to her like she was stupid for coming in and told her that going from doctor to doctor won't help her and that there was probably nothing the doctor could do for her. Told she was wasting her time and that she shouldn't have come in. I don't remember her name but she was rude to the point that she made her cry.

My husband and I would recommend being seen here. The nurses are great! But best of all the NP actually sits down and talks to the patience ❤️

Update:
I went in one Friday afternoon and that was my last time going there!! All new staff and the only one who cared was the medical assistant. I was so sick and they didn’t do anything for me
Have had to make two visits recently and from the time I walked in the door until I walked out, I felt like I was their only patient and only responsibility at the time. I have not had long waits compared to other offices where there’s a waiting room full of patients and the entire staff can be heard in the back swapping stories and uncontrollably laughing while you’re staring at the wall for over 30 mins in misery with 15 other miserably feeling people. The NP, Brittany, saw us both times and was very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. The nurses and all the staff are professional, empathetic, active listeners, and ask probing questions to make sure you get the best health care attention you deserve. 10/10 recommend

This was a total waste of $25.00. Before I even went back all of my information was given, why I was there, things I can and can not take. Medicine I am already on, so they know other meds I can't take because of interactions. Then the nurse comes in and gets the exact same information, then when the nurse practioner comes in they tell me there's nothing they can do, after suggesting I take a med I'm allergic too, and one that would interact with a current medicine of mine. This was such a joke. Now, I'm out money, left work early and it was for literally nothing.

I have never been charged for over a thousand dollars at an urgent care clinic. I used St Francis down the road, and I have never paid more than a $50 copay. Also, why do we charge for $150 for a COVID test when it is over the counter in the $20s. Have no idea why would you think it is good to test for a nucleic RNA test for a flu! It has no cure. I am very disappointed that we did not receive a diagnosis. At the end, it was “unspecified”, by my kid’s ear and throat were inflamed and red. I don’t mind paying for the care of my child. But this is an over billing and should be considered fraud. If you did not tell me at point of care how much I owe you, it is fraudulent. You told me I owe you a copay.

I’ve had my share of very rude medical staff before, especially at walk in clinics so I was very hesitant to go despite the pain I was in. I’m so glad I went, everyone was super friendly and I was seen right away. In fact my prescription was sent (got an alert from my pharmacy) before I even pulled out the parking lot to leave. This is now my go to walk in clinic and is worth the 20 minute drive!

Great, prompt care. Happy to help. A great place to seek simple medical care.
