These guys were wonderful!! Our electricity had started browning out after the ice storm and in getting it repaired we learned we needed a new panel too. I just knew it was going to be a hugely expensive job. To my surprise it was reasonable. I highly suggest these guys. They are quick, professional and reasonably priced.
Courteous, reliable, and professional. Called Friday to schedule and was promised a call back Monday morning from the secretary. I received a call as promised. I missed the initial call and Ashley left a detailed message and followed up with a text to ensure I was able to get my issue addressed. The team of gentlemen came out the same day! They were timely and professional. Solved my issue right away and I was able to pay on the spot. I will be using their services for all my electrical needs.
Jacob the owner came himself to check my problem. I had no lights in my bedroom, closet or bathroom. Plugs or ceiling lights since a recent snow storm.heard crackling sound in wall next to my bed which scared me. He checked all my wiring & plugs in my power box. I could not see but had been hit by lightening & had burnt several plugs, which he has replaced. Checked all my wall plugs in all 3 rooms. They replaced several wires in my bedroom. I know have lights & wall plugs. They even cleaned up the mess from the wires. I am not scared of fire now. Such a nice job. Will refer anyone to them again. Thank you so much.
