I went into Mulhearn flowers Friday the 24th of April looking for a family arrangement for our Father who just recently passed.
Kourtney showed us what she had and had pictures of some recent arrangements she had done.
They all looked great but one in particular stood out and I asked can you do it this way and larger she told me absolutely.
Come Sunday at my Dads service the funeral director asked couldn’t you find a bigger arrangement? I’m telling you this thing was massive they had to tilt it to get it through the door and it was exactly what I asked for and it was beautiful.
I now know who to go to for our flower needs.

Manager was very rude and abrupt when I called to inquire about my delivery. I will not use their services again. There are other florist in town.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers through their website... someone called me on Friday to alert me that they would not be able to complete the order, so I requested that they call me back on Monday to see what flowers they had left over (as I was told they didn't have an idea of what flowers would still be available) to fulfill the order. I never received a call back, so I called on Wednesday, to inquire about what happened? They had no answer. This is so unprofessional.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I ordered an arrangement through their online service. They do not deliver same day! I called to see if they would still deliver. The manager got smart with me in a very nasty tone saying, " you need to get in touch with the online service who you placed your order with, I cant help you!" I talked with this person a day before my complaint and she said that the flowers were on the tuck in route for delivery and will be delivered before noon. Her last words were," WHATEVER!" and hung the phone up on me. I'm sorry, I did not deserve that. I just wanted some flowers delivered for my friend's birthday. Why be arrogant and get fresh with a customer who paid for services online? I would not recommend them.

Telaflora did not give full information to this Florist that the flowers needed to be left at the door if no one at home. I received a message that the flowers were delivered and in fact they were not. When I got the name of the florist, I called and the answering service was so nice and so helpful. They went the extra mile and got in touch with the owners/manager and they called my family and my family was able to go pick the flowers up before the party. The answering service was so very kind, patient and understanding even though I was so upset. I will definitely use this florist again but it will not be through Teleflora, it will be with a direct call to the florist. I can't thank these lovely ladies enough for their help today.

Even though they fixed the order's they got wrong they still messed up the flowers i ordered for my anniversary and also for valentines day. I should have learned my lesson the first time. NOT RECOMMENDED!
