All my visits no longer that 10-15 wait or less and I always have a great experience @ Dr. Leslie Coffman office and my favorite nurse is Brandy she’s super nice and sweet lady very friendly and they always make me feel comfortable even in the area they take blood at and they are all super nice and friendly 👍🏼❤️🤩

I came for the first time yesterday and the entire visit felt off and unwelcoming. The first receptionist that I spoke with was very kind. However, the nurse was rude in that she consistently badgered me over and over again about which pharmacy I use. For one, I don’t have a pharmacy yet as I do not have any active prescriptions. Second, I just moved to the area and have little to no knowledge of where pharmacies are located. Usually I am a very patient person but when I have to tell you, “I will check for the location in a second after you take this blood pressure,” MULTIPLE times over, I found that very rude. Also, I had to wait in the lab for 10 minutes after trying for a urine sample. The lab technician completely ignored me and my nurse was nowhere to be found. A second nurse came up to me and said “who are you?” Then, proceeded to look for my nurse, the nurse was nowhere to be found, and placed me in a room. After changing, my nurse barges in the door without waiting for my response. Thankfully, I was gowned. But I felt like that was inconsiderate. I will say that my experience with the nurse practitioner was great. However, I left without any further instructions. When will my prescription be ready? Will I be receiving a call about my pregnancy test result? What about updates on my Pap smear? I never received any documentation/ summary of the visit. The final receptionist that I spoke with was rude when I asked those questions. I just feel like the clinic was incredibly disorganized, lacked communication amongst staff, and the majority of those that I spoke with were off-putting and unwelcoming. I do not recommend this establishment and I will be going elsewhere.

I had my first wellness appointment with Mrs. Crystal today and it went so much better than expected!
The reception staff were respectful towards me and acknowledging of me. All of the nurses were very sweet and considerate of me. They all did a fantastic job.
As I was getting my exam done, I began to feel some pain, and Mrs. Crystal immediately made adjustments to give me the most comfortable experience as possible. She did a wonderful job and I would recommend her to everyone. She was very receptive towards me and overall a really sweet and kind woman.
Don’t be afraid to get your wellness exam because it isn’t that bad at all and it’s all for your benefit!!

Nicole has the WORST attitude and is very unprofessional. She told me my appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday and she actually scheduled it for Monday. When I called she tried to make me pay $25 for HER mistake and did not want to listen to the recorded call of her telling me Tuesday! Nicole was very disrespectful to me and barely let me speak. Honestly all the staff are rude but Nicole is the worst! Each time I came the staff did not make me feel welcome and they actually had me sit in the waiting room for hours once before while every one else went to the back immediately, even the people whose appointments were after mine.

Doctors are great, wish I could give this place the stars it deserves with the care I get from the doctors, but the receptionists are rude and not understanding. Every time I call they put me on hold. Told a receptionist that I would be 10ish mins late and she said that’s fine when she talked with the doctor but the heavy traffic with a crash ahead of me wasn’t on the agenda. When I tried explaining that to them they weren’t understanding about it and pushed my appointment back. On top of that you wait in the waiting rooms forever till you see someone then you wait again after the nurses see you.

I’m a young women with a very sensitive area. So I’d come every 2 weeks for checks and sometimes I’d be late or have to reschedule. I always had my $25 but it’s there job to make sure I pay them that $25 upon my arrival! One day im sitting in the room waiting to be checking and they are discussing how they memorized my name by now, how I always have this or that!! AND how they could get fired if they keep servicing me because they failed to emotion the $25 upon my arrival every time! Very unprofessional.

My review keeps getting deleted, but myself and hundreds of other women in the area cannot express how awful this place is. I've never felt so heard, misunderstood misinformed, judged, or looked down upon at any other medical place.

I had a tough time during and after my last pregnancy. Crystal went ABOVE AND BEYOU to make sure I was taken care of. Even now 6 years later she listens and makes sure I get the best of care.

I was just on the phone trying to schedule an appointment for the first time… And my sister and I have the same social just with different last fours and i get it mixed up alot.. I gave her my sisters at first (by mistake) and tried to correct it with mines.. The lady told me to hold on and hung the phone up on me.
