Called to have them come out to look at a leak in the roof. They said they would be out at a certain time to look at it. Did not show up. Called again a week later, guy said he "forgot", and said he would be out the next morning. Once again, never called back or showed up. Had put my days on "hold" waiting, when I could have been doing something else. If you need roof repairs, don't waste your time calling these people! Finally found a RELIABLE roofer to fix the roof.
