I place order long distance, and she communicated to be sure she understood what we had in mind. Offers a simple payment transaction online. I placed the order early in the week, and she communicated with funeral home and church to be sure the arrangement made it to the memorial service. Reasonable price, by today’s going rates. Excellent experience in every respect!“

“My daughter ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday. She told them my birthday was February 1st, today. She knew they were closed on Sundays, so she wanted them to be delivered yesterday, Saturday. They weren’t. Maybe I will get them today, on my birthday. As I finished the above post, they delivered my beautiful flowers. They had a flood in their store, hence they could not deliver yesterday. I recommend All Occasions Flowers & Gifts!!!!!“

“Telaflora did not give full information to this Florist that the flowers needed to be left at the door if no one at home. I received a message that the flowers were delivered and in fact they were not. When I got the name of the florist, I called and the answering service was so nice and so helpful. They went the extra mile and got in touch with the owners/manager and they called my family and my family was able to go pick the flowers up before the party. The answering service was so very kind, patient and understanding even though I was so upset. I will definitely use this florist again but it will not be through Teleflora, it will be with a direct call to the florist. I can't thank these lovely ladies enough for their help today.“
