Telaflora did not give full information to this Florist that the flowers needed to be left at the door if no one at home. I received a message that the flowers were delivered and in fact they were not. When I got the name of the florist, I called and the answering service was so nice and so helpful. They went the extra mile and got in touch with the owners/manager and they called my family and my family was able to go pick the flowers up before the party. The answering service was so very kind, patient and understanding even though I was so upset. I will definitely use this florist again but it will not be through Teleflora, it will be with a direct call to the florist....read full review
