I had a piece of permanent jewelry from 2021 (done elsewhere) that really needed resizing. Jay took care of it so quickly and with no problem at all! She was so kind, and her pricing was super reasonable. I actually ended up getting another bracelet while I was there because the whole experience was just that good! Highly recommend The Gleaux Lab and Jay for all your permanent jewelry needs!
