Call these guys out for a second opinion. Had one of their competitors come out first and try to get us for a complete new unit and all these very dramatic “issues.” Bell came out and found a clogged drain line and that the unit was unlevel. They fixed both those issues and charged us $150.00. The other company wanted us to replace the working unit, which was thousands of dollars. Bell has always done me right at my West Monroe Car Wash when we needed them. They will be my go to from here on out in Monroe as well. Thank you for doing people right and not just trying to sell new units when we clearly didnt need it.
