My daughter ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday. She told them my birthday was February 1st, today. She knew they were closed on Sundays, so she wanted them to be delivered yesterday, Saturday. They weren’t. Maybe I will get them today, on my birthday. As I finished the above post, they delivered my beautiful flowers. They had a flood in their store, hence they could not deliver yesterday. I recommend All Occasions Flowers & Gifts!!!!!

Communication is awful. It would be nice to know if the order I placed was delivered but emails nor messages are responded to. In general there should be an update sent out when the order is delivered so customers know what's going on. If you dont want to communicate with customers via Facebook or your website DON'T HAVE THEM. I have been having phone service issues all week and am unable to call. But its funny you're more than happy to take my money from an online order.

This morning I called All Occasions and ordered the item:
"BIRDS NEST" as a Mother's Day gift.
The item received was not like the item pictured.
I wish they would have told me while on that phone call that they simply didn't have enough flowers.
Please communicate that to your customers in the future. Thanks.

I ordered a premium flower arrangement for a special birthday. The base price was $95. The arrangement that was delivered did not look like what I ordered at all. No one called or emailed to say they were not able to complete the arrangement as ordered, I sent them an email afterwards and received no response. The flowers were not fresh, the roses started wilting the next day. I would not recommend and I will not be ordering from them again.

Called from Texas, late in the afternoon, the day before my uncle's funeral. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful!! My sister ordered an arrangement also. Both were amazing!

Beautiful bouquet. Called and told the lady what I kind of wanted to send my wife for our 15 anniversary and they absolutely made a masterpiece. Master florists. Thanks to all who helped get it together. I called and ordered to be delivered at 9am and she received the bouquet at 10am. Life savers.. ? ❤️

Sympathy arrangement was beautiful and exceeded my expectations, arrived on time as promised. I live out of state and contacted All Occasions directly by phone to place my order. I always feel a little uneasy ordering flowers out of state when I won’t be there to personally see them, but All Occasions proved to be trustworthy people, and I would definitely use them again. Did I mention that they even called me to verify that they had the correct spelling of an unusual name? I would give them 10 stars if I could!
