I wanted to get a diagnostic for an HVAC unit that sat up for a while at a rental property. Smith Air got us penciled in for the next day. They sent Hunter, who was very communicative and prompt in his arrival. He was very friendly and super patient with the 10,000 questions that I asked and didn't mind me watching as he ran through the diagnostics. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very confident about the work that was needed and the functionality of the unit. I would absolutely recommend Smith AC and I would make it a point to ask for Hunter.

The technician (Justin) was on time, very courteous and thorough in his inspection and subsequent repair of our home A/C. Would definitely do business with Smith Air Conditioning and our technician Justin again.

Very friendly, honest & went right to work. He explained why the A/C wasn't cooling & possible reasons why. He worked on it til he found the problem & corrected it. I was very pleased with how he handled it.
