I came in last week not long after they opened and asked if they accepted walk-in's. The girl said only if we aren't busy. I asked "ok, so you are accepting walk-in's right now? or is it by appointment only" she stated again "only if we aren't busy" I informed her that I only wanted a trim, she said she had another client in the back doing color. I asked if I could wait, she said yes. I sat down in the lobby, and wasn't a min or 2 later she came back up, & said she just put t
