She took the time to really understand what I wanted, offered honest professional advice, and absolutely delivered. The attention to detail, skill, and creativity are next level—my hair has never looked or felt this good. On top of that, the vibe was welcoming, relaxing, and genuinely enjoyable. Loren Vines at Lush is truly exceptional. Not only does she consistently do an amazing job with my hair, but she also creates such a warm, comfortable experience every time I’m in her chair. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work, and it shows in the results.
