This is a full service shipyard/ off shore service dock located in Venice, La. Basically if you are in the industry, have a project going on in the near vicinity , you already know of Deep South. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and talented. The have an up to date safety and security plan that is implemented with every job. A very comprehensive collection of tugs and crane barges available to handle pretty much any offshore job that comes up such as plug and abandonment, rig moves, well stim, pile driving, and plenty more. The office drew os polite and super aware of the current work landscape. Not much happens without them being in the know. They don't offer much for the everyday Joe, such as pleasure craft repairs, but if you are interested in having a dock or bulkhead built, or something that requires welders over the water, I am sure they would be interested. A honest family run business staffed with good people is all I can say over and over.
