First off, the clinic has both a cozy and professional atmosphere. Ms. Margaret (staff) acknowledges and greets you right away as well. Dr. Cathy Lo, aside from being very knowledgeable, is patient-focused and genuinely friendly. All were demonstrated when she patiently explained to me the check-up process, and the health of my ear, and what can be done to address my problem - she made sure I understood everything. I was also very impressed with her expertise in the latest hearing aid technology! She went above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable with the device, and that I fully optimize its use. While she credits it to the advancement of technology, I believe it is her guidance that truly made a difference. On my follow-up visit, she was just as excited and happy when I told her about the life-changing improvements I had experienced in just two weeks. I couldn't rave enough about my experience in this clinic and with Dr. Lo! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of hearing care!
