On November 9th, 2022 I called in advance to see if i needed an appointment and was told no. Waited my turn until I was next when I noticed someone walk in. The stylist who was supposed to take me, went to this gentleman and said he didn’t need an appointment and was taken before me. Being that I had meetings that day I left and will not return.
