Ridgefield is great. My little dog was very sick and we did not expect her to live beyond 2022. With a blood disease, tumor and blindness Dr. Pitre helped her to live until almost 2023. Even a Vet in New Orleans said she wasn't going to live beyond 2022. Thank you Dr. Pitre for giving me one more year with my precious little dog. The staff was wonderful with her every time I went there. I recommend Ridgefield. They are the best.

The Ridgefield 'staff' is extremely friendly and personable. I think I know each of them by their first name! I have been with them for over 17 years (throughout my first fur baby's 16-year-old life), and we now have 2 rescues. The staff is super helpful ... and I know if I have any kind of issue with my dogs, they are more than happy to help (ask the VET), and they call me back promptly. The 'VET' that tops my list at Ridgefield is Dr. Robicheaux. She is caring and patient, and CALM. She answers all of my questions and calms me with her expertise and disposition.

Ridgefield Animal Hospital feels like family to me. The staff are long-standing and dedicated to meeting the needs of every pet and pet parent. They truly CARE and are very accommodating. All the Vets are great there; but, Dr Robicheaux is my favorite! :)
