“If there were more than five stars, I would give it! First off, he listened. He didn’t jump to conclusions about what was wrong. He took his time and really got down to the issue. He didn’t just crack me a few times and send me on my way. He massaged the area, stretched it, worked on it, did mobility training along with EMS and heat therapy, and then he adjusted me. His table is amazing and stretches you and moves your body to work out the pain. He taught me exercises to help with my issue and is holding me accountable to actually do them by checking on my progress next week. 10/10 recommend!
