Front desk staff are very kind and patient, providers here take their time to listen to my concerns and order me testing that I need without being shut down ! The waiting area is spacious as well and the lady who does labs there is really good at her job! Here you can get your concerns listened to, lab orders when asked, and lab work done all in the same appointment! Wait time is 10-30 min depending on how many patients are being seen!

I see Dr. Rachal and he is very nice and he always listens to what I have to say. The receptionists there are also very nice and personable. I can easily make appointments online, and usually don't have to wait long to get an appointment or to wait in the waiting room.

When trying to make an appointment the lady on the phone was very rude. I will never call the office again! I will not bring my family to this establishment if that’s how I’m going to be treated!

Unless you can see a doctor, DONT GO. I accepted an appointment with the nurse practitioner for a really bad cold and lower back pain. She gave me a steroid injection for my cold and said, "I'm tempted to put you on a Medrol pack also because your chest sounds really tight. What do you think?" I said anything that will make me feel better. At this point while getting off the table I experience the pain in my back getting bad again since it's been 10 hours since I took anything. She seems to be avoiding my back problem but says she is sending in a muscle relaxer also. I told her I don't think just a muscle relaxer will do the trick. I told her I took some 5 year old pain pills and naproxen to get me through the night. She decides to look at my back by striking it on each side then says, "I dont know. What do you think it is?" At this point, aggravation kicks in and I say, " You're the practitioner, I'm an engineer...You tell me what it is. She then says, " Do you think I should should do an x-ray or should I schedule an mri?" I tell her, no worries I'll call my orthopedic surgeon who I've seen in the past and leave. Oh, did I mention she didn't even xray my lungs?

My experience trying to get an appointment was horrible.. I'm having chest pains and was trying to get to see the doctor today and was shut down twice. I explained that I have blue cross blue shield with my husband insurance but was told to call back.. I have the insurance number but can't make the appointment because I don't know if its HMO or PPO. They lost yet another client because they didn't try to help.. I work at a hospital and I know if they wanted to they could have went the extra mile.
