Took my military dress uniform for cleaning and ironing. My uniform was pressed completely wrong and they didn’t offer a refund or to fix the uniform. Will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

Brought in a couple pair of NEW designer pants that have not been worn. Just needed them ironed out for business trip. When I packed them the next day and took them off the hanger, my pants looked HORRIBLE. Several stains from starch, iron imprints on random leg areas of the pants. Some areas also seemed burned. They were closed the next day so I couldn't take them back and had to travel the following day. They were nice ppl but the quality of work was horrible. My pants looked liked they were pants Ive had for ten years and ran through the washer 3x a day. Will not return.

We sent our daughter’s ball gown there to try to remove a stain. It looks like they put the dress in a washing machine and left it outside for a few days. Destroyed the dress and offered us a fraction of what it’s worth or told us to sue them and wait months for insurance claim. AVOID AT All COSTS
