After a few phone calls to different vet offices in the Westbank, this place was the only one that gave me good vibes with their friendliness and patience on questions I had about my dog. They were able to get me in on the same day. The entrance can be a bit tricky, as there are two doors in the front but they are locked. I had to walk towards the right of the building before I notice a sign pointing to the correct entrance. The facility is pretty clean. The staff members are so nice! Excellent service. Very friendly staff. This is the second time that I've used their boarding services and i can tell that they treat my dog as their own. I would use their services again if ever needed.

I recently brought my dog in to get groomed. Randy is awesome!!!! My dog looks great and I can tell he was cared for and they took their time grooming my fur baby. I will never go any where else even though they are not close to home. I know my doggy was left in good hands from the staff to the groomer.
