Friendly service but EVERY SINGLE THING is an upcharge. Charging by finger nail length is expected but upcharging by shape is ridiculous to me. I went for the nostalgic feeling since I used to go as a kid with my mom all the time but now I know I will never be returning because the outcome was just mediocre to me. Maybe because my expectations are high as is since I went to a northern nail tech for over a year. And I have no clue what type of “cuticle oil” they use but it ain’t worth nothing.
My nails are crocked, and each nail has a hump of acrylic at the cuticle. My eyebrows were waxed and shaped very well. The website says that they close for 9, but they actually close for 6:30 and if you arrive around that time you will be sent away or they will rush the service and have an attitude if you point out their mistakes. Also, they charge much more than any other nail shop for gel thermal nail polish they call mood change color.
Miss Diane is the truth. The poor reviews might be due to somebody else but not cuz of her hands. She is perfect at slaying eyebrows. You tell her how you like em , I mean the first time & she will nail it . Plus her pedicures are careful & detailed. I’ve been a customer for about 6 months or so & I won’t be switching anytime soon
