“My children have grown physically and mentally over the last year and a half at Olympic. Tyler and the rest of the team are fantastic coaches. My daughter participates in the adult class and my son is in the kids' class. Both are run with growth and self-improvment as fundamental concepts. There are opportunities to compete but are not required to progress.”
“when i started it was hard and painful trying to bend that front knee??! now it is very easy and i enjoy going to karate there.”
