My two grands love it. I can already see an increased confidence in them.
Thank you, Yuuki Do Karate!
This has been a great experience. I started because I wanted an activity to help me lose weight and feel better. I have been going for about 2 years and I have lost close to 60lbs and I feel a lot better. Everyone is friendly and encouraging.
