On Friday morning I woke up to a flooded house. We were able to get in touch with Neato Cleaning & Restoration before 6am, by 7:45 he had someone at my house getting the water out of the carpet, and putting out dehumidifiers and fans all before noon the same day. They have been back everyday taking moisture readings and pictures to document the drying progress. By Tuesday my insurance company approved pulling up the carpet, he had his guys back here taking care of business. The service provided has been exceptional, he has gone over every detail and answered every question we have had. He took a very stressful situation and made it so much easier to deal with.
