On Friday morning I woke up to a flooded house. We were able to get in touch with Neato Cleaning & Restoration before 6am, by 7:45 he had someone at my house getting the water out of the carpet, and putting out dehumidifiers and fans all before noon the same day. They have been back everyday taking moisture readings and pictures to document the drying progress. By Tuesday my insurance company approved pulling up the carpet, he had his guys back here taking care of business. Hello Google World! I just had to share my experience with Haynes of Neato Cleaning & Restoration. My mother’s house flooded and the entire ordeal was a HUGE HUGE HEADACHE needless to say. He came out promptly and provided us excellent service. He was always very prompt and called with updates regarding the repairs. If you’re in need of Restoration services he’s your guy! He’s very very personable. Thank You Haynes!
