Came home from out of town on a cold (22 degree) Sunday night. Found my bathroom was flooded with standing water. Got online to get their phone number to call them first thing Monday morning. Found on online form, filled it out and hit submit. When I tell you Haynes Dodson was going to get out of his warm house with his family and come to my cold, wet house at 9:30pm. I told him I shut off the water, I had taken pictures, taken a video and had gotten up all the standing water. I had fans going in the house.
