The team is very polite, very kind, pleasant, and friendly. They do not overcharge and do a great-great job. They are local, punctual, and thorough. One customer had an emergency with a melting electrical panel. Patrick arrived within hours of the call, even stopping by on his way home. He explained the problem, gave a fair price, and was honest and professional. The next morning, he and his team fixed everything, and the customer got power back the same day. Another customer had their whole system and duct work replaced, and everything has been great. The team came out eight months later for a maintenance check. A technician was very sweet, very thorough during a one-year inspection, and walked the customer through everything. He was very punctual, which freed up the customer's day. The dogs also gave him two thumbs up. Customers highly recommend these guys.
I had water dripping from my ceiling due to AC/Plumbing issues on Monday, Memorial Day. I called Patrick Higgins, he came out immediately, on a holiday when he was sick with food poisoning. He did a great job to stop the leak and get me back in commission with no damage to my ceiling. I highly recommend Tackle Air Conditioning for the quality of work and dependable service.
Tackle AC installed a new unit and all new ductwork in my house back in October. They did a great job. They were very professional and efficient. I had one small problem last night and Kyle came out immediately to fix it. I need to add that the problem was no fault of their own. I am very pleased with their service. Really nice guys!
I called Tackle Air Conditioning out in the morning because my HVAC would not stop running. They came by that afternoon and diagnosed and fixed it very quickly. They cleaned the unit also and cleaned up great after themselves! Would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs maintenance or has an emergency!
