Owner Randy Trainor and Lloyd came to the house and explained their experience and the
ten step application process they developed and use.
I selected Pelican Paint from a group of several companies I had interviewed based on that interview and the quoted price.
The quote folder included copies of the certified 10 step process, licenses and certificate of accreditation from the BBB.
The scope of my work was soffit, fascia and three doors (front, back and garage) to repair, patch, caulk and and paint.

Mark, Jamir and the entire crew were competent and professional. They did a great job, taking their time with the prep work and they gave good attention to details. Our very old house now looks like a new one. Thank you.
