For 7 or 8 years, I have been living with severe pain and numbness in my upper back, shoulders, but mostly the entirety of my arms and hands as well as tenis elbow. It deprived me of good sleep as I would wake up several times anight crying out in pain from my hands being so numb. One time, my arm felt paralyzed and it took almost 10 minutes before I could get moving again.
