“I recently discovered that my home A/C was not functioning properly. I called Gowland's because, even though I had never used them before, I had heard good things about them. They were quick to set up an appointment for the next day. Zack came out promptly and even called to tell me he was on his way. He checked my unit and determined that there was a leak in my coil. He was friendly, efficient, and professional and sent me pictures of my unit with approximate costs to repair or replace. Sam, the owner came the next day to go over quotes for replacing my unit or repairing the leak. He gave me his cell number and even told me to have my son call him that night with any questions he might have. I decided to just repair my unit by replacing the coil and felt that their pricing was reasonable. Again Zack came out two days later with another repairman and competed the service. Again, both guys were very informative and friendly. I'm really satisfied with the service I received. I also want to shout out to the ladies in their office. I think I spoke with three of them and was pleased with their attitude and efficiency. Don't hesitate to use them!!!“
