We are so so grateful for Alisha! She helped us purchase our 1st home! She stuck with us through the 2-3 year process it took us to finally find something! She was so patient and very informative. She explained everything to us in a way we could understand. She became like family to us. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone and everyone trying to buy a home! Alisha went above and beyond helping me with my loan and the closing process. I think I was the one in 1000 that had issues left and right with everything. She stayed determined and calm the entire time. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone and everyone. She made sure I was financially able to afford my dream home and still have everything I need to own the home. When the insurance market crashed, she made sure it was straightened our within a couple days. To say the process was easy was an understatement. Alisha was so very helpful when it came to questions regarding my home loan and took the time to explain how everything worked. It can all seem like a lot to a first time home buyer but she made it to where it was easily comprehensible and less stressful for me. Even after her job was over and I had been in my new house for a few months she was still willing to answer some questions I had when I didn’t know who else to ask. Absolutely would recommend.
