I enjoyed working out at the YMCA in the Shreveport Bossier area. All the trainers were great. I used your facility to participate in half marathons and 5k’s through sports spectrum. I even utilized your services to run the Rock N Roll Run series in Nashville Tennessee. All that benefits st Jude children’s hospital. I have participated in your spin classes and even took the onboarding class for cross fit at the lash family ymca location when it opened. I recently had to cancel due to relocation and getting a new job. I originally was at Rad Tech at ochsner lsu health Shreveport but have now accepted a job at Willis knighton health system. I am so in love with this place! I have found a space that I feel safe and a chance to renew myself. Best decision I have ever made. Water aerobics and me are besties! Best therapy for sure.
I think I'm going to like this place. Good clean environment, a lot of classes, peaceful, men don't be staring at you. They also have child care which is a BIG PLUS for me.
