This is a great gym with lots of equipment. The locker rooms and shorts are clean. The cable machines are a little old but they're maintained well. They have a pool and offer various exercise classes throughout the day. They have four locations! My preference is bossier for the equipment but pierremont for the location!

This gym is fantastic! Plenty of equipment, clean, staff is always readily available for guidance. I am able to leave clothes hanging in a public space without worry from theft like other gyms. Of course there are free lockers as well. Showers are sufficient, hot tub is great. So many classes included in my membership. I advise trying classes from every campus until you find the instructor you like best but they are all fun and helpful. And the best is its never over crowded.
