Really good customer service. I have had nothing but positive interactions with employees three times where they engaged me. Once i had a custom reciever hitch cover come off during a cycle and they brought it out to me. Another time i was approached and thanked for my patronage while vacuuming my truck and the third was two months after replacing the same custom reciever hitch cover, an employee made it a point to come out and give me my old cover and tell me that he had been waiting to see me. Two months! Outstanding!
I love Xpress Car Wash and I’m a member so I have unlimited car washes each month. It’s very convenient to me since the one on Ellerbe Road opened recently. Everyone is very accommodating there and I always get a good car wash.
I am really pleased with the care I receive at Xpress Car Wash! Their equipment does a great job on my Highlander and the convenience is unmatched by anything I've done in the past. Being a member of the Wash Club works very well!
