Vantage Massage Therapy

I have been going to Sara for over 3 years now. She is very professional and very knowledgeable of the muscles in the body. Massage is definitely a therapy for me and because of the continued massage sessions that I have had with Sara, my neck and Shoulders I have experienced less nerve pain. I highly recommend Sara to anyone who especially experiences chronic pain.?

If you’re planning on getting a massage whether it’s for relaxation reasons or to address some chronic or acute pain - you need to come here! I cannot say enough good things about Sara’s work. She is so strong, very attentive and her breadth of knowledge is incredible. I first started seeing Sara for a sternum and back injury from a car wreck many years ago but have continued to see her for both therapeutic and general wellness reasons. Whether it’s to reduce pain or relieve stress, I always feel comfortable when I’m there and leave feeling healed. Sara never disappoints!

When I first went to Sara seven years ago I was a mess! I had recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia AND psoriatic arthritis. I could barely walk. I didn't know if there was any thing she could do to help me. Boy, was I wrong! She has not only worked to physically relieve my pain, she has researched my conditions and found therapies and exercises I can do at home.
