This was my first time visiting the Target Optical Store and I was very surprised with the selection. The associate Tori was so helpful in assisting me in choosing frames and I appreciate she let me take my time. Also she was amazing and worked out an issue with my insurance. I didn’t realize my insurance uses a separate provider for optical and she patiently tried several until she found the correct sub-provider.
It had been at least 6 years since my last eye exam. I scheduled with Target. I was a little apprehensive about the tele-optometry exam, but let me tell you that it was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. The Team was amazing! They took their time with me. It was not rushed at all. Harvey walked me through what to expect as he assisted in gathering the digital images needed prior to the exam. Dr. Edelbi made the Telehealth appointment feel personal and she was very thorough. Kaiya spent one on one time assisting me in picking out frames and even drew me a graphic to explain progressive lenses.
