Absolutely outstanding service. We stopped in because my daughter’s glasses had a small issue, and they fixed it on the spot — completely free of charge. The staff was kind, quick, and genuinely cared about helping us. It’s rare to find a place that treats you like family, but this optical store did exactly that. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone.
Very good service and handled professionally. There was this girl named Nia who had a bit of difficulty with my frames (mine are quite unfriendly) and she took the challenge with both hands. Still smiled in the end.
Mrs. Haley was phenomenal!! I could not find a pair I liked at first. I couldn’t find the one that “fit my face”. Mrs. Haley immediately found a pair that I LOVED. The entire staff were consistent and friendly. From start to finish I was taken care of.
