The staff are incredibly kind and patient, providing the best customer service there is. They are so personable and friendly, going above and beyond to take care of customers. They are so welcoming and helpful, explaining benefits and promotions. The store manager knew exactly what was needed and the service is absolutely amazing. Mrs. Haley was phenomenal!! I could not find a pair I liked at first. I couldn’t find the one that “fit my face”. Mrs. Haley immediately found a pair that I LOVED. The entire staff were consistent and friendly. From start to finish I was taken care of.

I went into the shreveport located to see if i could get my prescription put into a a pair of regular frames. I was greeted by Ms. Haley and she was such a great help! Very professional and knowledgable. She made the process very easy. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back to get another pair!
